What do we need from you to build a website?

In order to setup a website for you we need you to answer these 10 questions:

Title/Name of your Website/Business:
Sub-title (Slogan/Catch Phrase):
What is your preferred colour scheme for your website?
Do you have a company logo?
If so, please attach your logo.
Will you provide images for your website?
If so, please attach them in a folder if possible. Maximum Email size is 10mb.
If you have multiple images we can send you a link to upload them directly to our filesharing Service.
Image Notes if any:
Such as which image relates to which information/page, etc.
Please list the names / titles of your website pages:

Page Title 3:
Do you have your page content ready?
If so, please attach it.
Please note that it will need to be emailed through in a single word document. We do not copy content from existing websites, or accept content in formats which are un-editable eg. image formats. We also do not accept hand written content or farm information from existing websites.
